Scrapes my eye a lot
The diagonal shape of the tube is more of a detriment than an innovation. It's not easy to use, and I often end up scraping my eye or waterline with the rough plastic. When I try to click the product up more to avoid this, it crumbles.
The formula does not irritate my sensitive eyes, but it also doesn't stay in place like I've seen so many people claim despite using primer.
Overall, I expected more at this price point and with the amount of hype.

Scammed!
Don’t buy the hype. Dry, crumbly, flakey. Can’t hold up to a simple cat eye on clean prepped skin never the less a water line. Waste of money, and I’m mad I fell for the marketing believing a brand could actually make a no smudge eyeliner that isn’t a liquid.
