Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay. Payment must be successfully completed before we can process your order.

I didn't get a confirmation email. What do I do?

Email us at customer@halfmagicbeauty.com. It’s possible your payment was not successfully processed, one of the items in your cart is out of stock, or there was an issue with your email address.

What do I do if something is out of stock?

Sign up for the waitlist - you'll be the first to know if we restock!

What is the status of my order?

Check the status of your order via the tracking link provided in your shipping email.

What do I do if I have another question or issue?

Email us at customer@halfmagicbeauty.com. Please include your order number in the subject line if you have one.

Do you offer gift cards?

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, United States.

Please note that additional customs and import fees may apply to international orders.

How much does shipping cost?

US orders over $40 qualify for free shipping, and shipping for US orders under $40 costs $8.

International shipping varies by country.

My order says it's been delivered, but I haven't received anything. What should I do?

Half Magic is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen, but email us at customer@halfmagicbeauty.com and we will try to help figure it out.

Please include your order number in the subject line.

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Can I cancel my order?

We will try our best to cancel your order as long as it hasn’t already shipped, but we can’t guarantee that your order can be canceled. If you would like to make a change, please email us as soon as possible at customer@halfmagicbeauty.com and include your order number in the subject line.

Can I return or exchange my order?

At Half Magic, we hope you’ll love your products as much as we do. If you are not satisfied with your Half Magic order, you can return or exchange your products within 30 days of when you placed the order. Returns (excluding original shipping fees) will be refunded once returned products are received.

We offer free returns for domestic orders (excluding US territories and APO/FPO addresses).

For US territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international orders, please contact customer service. Please check out our Shipping & Returns Page for additional details.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all of our products are 100% vegan and are free of animal byproducts and animal-derived ingredients.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes, our products and their ingredients are never tested on animals.

Are your products "clean"?

Because “clean” labeling in beauty lacks clear regulatory definition, we have chosen not to market Half Magic as “clean.”  Your health and safety are our priority; our ingredients—like glitters and pigments—are specially sourced to ensure they are eye-safe, and our products are clinically tested for safety and irritation, all while delivering incredible performance and inspiring endless creativity. 

Half Magic reserves the right to cancel any fraudulent or suspicious orders.
