1. Sponsor

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Rules Beauty Inc., located at 1245 Broadway, Fl 10, New York, NY, 10001, US (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 8/7/2025 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on 9/7/2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the brand survey during the Sweepstakes Period and provide your full name and valid email address at the end of the survey. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another individual or using false information will be disqualified.

5. Prizes

Five (5) winners will each receive a $100 store credit gift card to Half Magic Beauty (ARV: $100 each). Total prize value: $500. Store credit is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Use subject to standard gift card terms.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be held within 10 business days after the Sweepstakes ends. Winners will be notified via email. 

7. Privacy & Financial Incentive Disclosure

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This sweepstakes may be considered a financial incentive under state privacy laws. The estimated value of the incentive is based on the Sponsor’s reasonable, good-faith calculation, which considers factors such as anticipated revenue, data value, and operational costs. 8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may result in disqualification.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the prize.

10. Disputes

All issues concerning the validity or enforceability of these rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
