"Terrible customer service. I purchased an item by mistake- just clicked too quickly. I immediately contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t cancel my order (after 45 seconds) because it was “already being processed. ” I refuse to return it because they would charge me for shipping it back. I’ve already spent way too much money. I’m not going to pay again just to return the items."
