says its for the waterline and it water resistant yet after two uses it has smeared off each time giving me raccoon eyes. I cannot recommend this product. Unless there is a certain way to apply it other than just directly to the water line

INNOVATIVE DESIGN!
Got this b/c a makeup artist I trust recommended it. Love how slim it is. Easier to apply on upper water line and to achieve a very thin upper lid line.

It works. I usually always end lime a raccoon after 2 hours of doing my waterline, but this pen, it is magic for me. it sets fast, and it stays, but still relatively easy to remove with proper micellar water. absolutely worth it. i wore it for +-11 hours as a first test and it was still holding very well and no raccoon!
