Promotions Terms & Conditions

Promotional offers, discounts, and codes (“Promotions”) on halfmagiсbeauty.com are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. One Promotion Per Order
    Unless otherwise stated, Promotions may not be combined with any other offer, discount, promo code, or promotion. Only one Promotion may be applied per order.

  2. No Retroactive Application
    Promotions must be applied at checkout. Promotions cannot be applied to orders once they have been placed and will not be honored retroactively.

  3. Eligibility & Product Exclusions
    Promotions are valid only on qualifying items, while supplies last. Certain products, collections, limited-edition items, or categories may be excluded.
    Sets and bundles are already discounted and, unless otherwise stated, are excluded from most Promotions.

  4. Sets & Bundles – Returns
    Sets and bundles must be returned in full to qualify for a refund or to retain any applied discount. Partial returns of sets or bundles will result in the Promotion being voided and/or a prorated refund at Half Magic Beauty’s discretion.

  5. Online Only
    Promotions are valid only on halfmagiсbeauty.com and are not applicable to purchases made in retail stores or through third-party retailers, unless otherwise stated.

  6. Free Gifts With Purchase (GWP)
    Free gifts are available while supplies last and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at Half Magic Beauty’s discretion. One free gift per order, unless otherwise stated.

  7. Returns & Exchanges
    If a Promotion includes a free gift, the gift must be returned with the qualifying product for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned, its retail value may be deducted from the refund. Refunds will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail value.

  8. Free Shipping
    Free shipping promotions apply to U.S. addresses only (excluding U.S. territories) unless otherwise stated. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

  9. Order Limits
    Half Magic Beauty reserves the right to limit quantities per customer, household, or order and to cancel orders that appear to violate promotional intent or eligibility.

  10. No Cash Value
    Promotions have no cash value and may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.

  11. Expiration & Modifications
    Promotions are valid only for the time period stated and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice.

  12. Taxes & Shipping Fees
    Promotions apply to merchandise subtotal only and do not apply to taxes, shipping, handling, or other fees unless otherwise stated.

  13. Errors & Misuse
    Half Magic Beauty reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected misuse of a Promotion.

  14. Final Sale Items
    Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and may be excluded from Promotions unless otherwise specified.

  15. General Terms
    All offers are subject to availability and may be changed or terminated at any time without prior notice.
